The cycle leg takes place around the quite streets of Lithgow (map below)

Those competing in the Main event will complete 4 laps of the long circuit ~20km all up

The Preliminary riders will do 2 laps ~10km

While the littlies in the Try a Tri will exit the pool and head down into

Tony Luchetti Sports Ground and back for a 1km loop out of the traffic
